You will receive an email with a link to the form a few minutes after payment. If you haven't received an email, you can also download and fill it out here:
This form must be completed and included with the shipment. The shipping address is provided in the email and on the form itself. If you don't have a printer, you can also copy the questions verbatim onto a blank sheet of paper. We will notify you as soon as your controller arrives.
Once the repair is complete, the controller will be sent back to you and you will be notified by email (with tracking number).

PROCESSING TIMES
The repair will be carried out within 48 hours of the controller's arrival, and the device will then be shipped (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

SHIPPING COSTS
The customer is solely responsible for the cost of sending the controller in (outbound shipping). Return shipping costs will be calculated and calculated at checkout.
ARE THE CONTROLLERS ALSO CLEANED?
No, cleaning is not included in this service! Therefore, please send the controller in a normally clean condition. Repair may be refused if it is heavily soiled!
CAN I PICK UP OR BRING THE CONTROLLERS BY?
Yes, you are welcome to drop off and/or pick up the controllers. Please arrange an appointment with us. Simply book the service as usual and send us a short message, preferably via WhatsApp to +49 157 35434894. The shipping costs will be refunded to you after the service is completed.
