Warranty conditions
 1. General
 SE Included, owner Ertugrul Akyol, August-Lämmle-Weg 9, 74360 Ilsfeld (hereinafter referred to as "Guarantor"), offers a manufacturer's warranty for certain products based on the following provisions. This warranty supplements the statutory warranty rights without limiting or replacing them.
 The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Its geographical scope includes the Federal Republic of Germany and Austria. 
 2. Products eligible for warranty
 The following are covered by the warranty:
- Pre-made controllers for the PS5 console
- Controllers for PS5 that were individually configured via the configurator
- Stick drift repairs or stick conversion to Hall Effect & TMR sticks
 3. Warranty period 
The warranty is granted for the following periods:
For pre-built or configured controllers:
- 1 year from the invoice date for all components listed below
- 2 years from the invoice date against stick drift for Hall Effect or TMR sticks, provided these were expressly selected during the ordering process and the order was placed from 01.9.2025 onwards.
- 90 days from invoice date against stick drift for conventional standard sticks
For stick drift repairs or stick conversions to Hall Effect or TMR sticks:
- 90 days from the shipping date against stick drift for normal stick drift repairs with conventional standard sticks
- 1 year warranty against stick drift from the date of shipment for Hall Effect or TMR sticks

 4. Components covered by the warranty (applies to pre-built and configured controllers)
 The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the following components:
- Controller buttons
- Smart Trigger
- Smart Bumper
- Trigger stops
- Paddles from SE Gaming
- LED sticks
- Analog sticks
- Standard sticks: Protection against stick drift for a period of 90 days from the invoice date.
- Hall-effect or TMR sticks: 2-year warranty against stick drift (see section 5)
5. Special conditions of the stick drift guarantee (only for Hall Effect & TMR sticks)
 The 2-year stick drift warranty applies exclusively to pre-built or configured controllers equipped with Hall Effect or TMR sticks and ordered from 01.09.2025 onwards.
 Conversion services are covered by a warranty period of 1 year from the date of shipment.
 5.1 Scope of the warranty
 Only stick drift is covered. Stick drift occurs when the analog stick, in its neutral position – without any user input – shows a deviation of more than 10% (≥ 1.0 in any direction) or the stick area exhibits an error rate of more than 12%. Values below this limit are considered acceptable technical tolerances and are not covered by the warranty.
 The warranty only applies to normal use in a private setting.

 5.2 Exclusions from the warranty
 In particular, no warranty claim exists in the following cases:
- normal mechanical wear and tear (e.g. worn L3/R3 buttons, loosened stick caps)
- Damage caused by improper handling, use of force (e.g. throwing, excessive pressure), falls, external influences or contamination
- Defects caused by unauthorized repair attempts or modifications to the product
- Damage caused by commercial or industrial use
 6. Warranty services
 In the event of a recognized warranty claim, the warrantor has the following options at its own discretion:
- Free repair of the affected component
- Free replacement of the affected component with an equivalent spare part
There is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price. Making a warranty claim extends or renews the original warranty period.
 7. Making a warranty claim
 To claim under the warranty, the following steps are necessary:

Send the controller to the address above. The buyer is responsible for the initial shipping costs. In the case of a valid warranty claim, SE Included will cover the return shipping costs.

 Submission of a copy of the invoice as proof of the warranty period.

For the stick drift warranty: Submit video evidence demonstrating a drift deviation of at least 1.0 in the neutral position. This can be verified on this page: Check Controller 
The goods must always be packaged securely for transport to avoid damage during shipping.
 8. Exclusions from the warranty
 There is no entitlement to warranty services in the following cases:
- normal wear and tear due to age or use
- improper or abusive use
- Damage caused by the use of force (e.g. throwing, excessive pressure)
- unauthorized repair or modification attempts
- Impairments caused by external environmental influences (e.g. heat, humidity, corrosion)
- Damage caused by commercial or professional use
 9. Important note
 The manufacturer's warranty does not affect your statutory warranty rights. Regardless of whether a warranty claim exists, you can contact us at any time regarding defects in the purchased item under the statutory warranty.
