This form must be completed and included with the shipment. The shipping address is provided in the email and on the form itself. If you don't have a printer, you can also copy the questions verbatim onto a blank sheet of paper. We will notify you as soon as your controller arrives.

Your controller is also considered custom if it includes visual and functional modifications such as paddles, trigger stops, LEDs, or other alterations.

PS5 Edge Controller

Please select this option if you have a PS5 Edge controller.

Your controller can be equipped with state-of-the-art stick technology upon request: the so-called Hall Effect or TMR sticks .

Hall-effect joysticks use magnetic fields to detect stick movement. This eliminates direct contact between the moving parts and the sensors. The result: no mechanical wear at the most sensitive points and therefore a significantly longer lifespan.

- TMR (Tunnel Magnetoresistance) sticks are also based on magnetic detection technology, but operate with even higher precision. They enable extremely fine steering movements, are particularly durable, and offer further improved drift resistance.

Both variants have a decisive advantage over conventional standard sticks:

• High precision and stability even after years of use

• No stick drift problems like with classic potentiometer sticks.

Even though our Hall effect sticks are factory-calibrated to the center and do not exhibit drift problems like conventional potentiometer sticks, we still recommend a minimal adjustment in some games. Deadzone from 2–4 to adjust. This ensures that any minimal input fluctuations are correctly interpreted and an optimal gaming experience is guaranteed.

The repair will be carried out within 3 working days of the controller's arrival and the device will then be shipped (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

90 days (3 months) for normal stick drift repair.

The customer is solely responsible for the shipping costs of the controller (outbound shipping). Return shipping within Germany is free.

No, cleaning is not included in this service! Therefore, please send the controller in a normally clean condition. Repair may be refused if it is heavily soiled!
