This form must be completed and included with the shipment. The shipping address is provided in the email and on the form itself. If you don't have a printer, you can also copy the questions verbatim onto a blank sheet of paper.
Once the repair is complete, the controller will be sent back to you and you will be notified by email (with tracking number).

Your controller is also considered custom if it includes visual and functional modifications such as paddles, trigger stops, LEDs, or other alterations.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING HALL-EFFECT & TMR STICKS
Our Hall-Effect & TMR sticks use magnetic sensors and are particularly durable and drift-resistant compared to conventional analog sticks, as there is no mechanical wear.
Each controller is tested and calibrated by us before shipping.
In some games, however, minimal inputs may occur – especially with very low deadzone settings – which are mistakenly perceived as "stick drift".
These minimal inputs result from the high sensitivity of the magnetic sensors in combination with in-game deadzone and sensitivity settings and do not represent a defect.
We therefore recommend checking the deadzone values in the game after receiving the controller.
Recommended starting values for the dead zone: 2 - 5
Additional calibration can further optimize the behavior, but is not strictly necessary in most cases.

PROCESSING TIMES
The repair will be carried out within 3 working days of the controller's arrival and the device will then be shipped (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
GUARANTEE
90 days (3 months) for normal stick drift repair.
12 months for Hall Effect & TMR Sticks.
SHIPPING COSTS
The customer is solely responsible for the shipping costs of the controller (outbound shipping). You are free to choose your preferred shipping provider. Please retain the tracking number to receive confirmation of delivery. Return shipping within Germany is free of charge.
ARE THE CONTROLLERS ALSO CLEANED?
No, cleaning is not included in this service. Therefore, please send the controller in a normally clean condition. Repair may be refused if it is heavily soiled.

Definitely the TMR sticks! The extra cost is absolutely worth it, as a standard stick drift repair can easily result in the stick drift recurring. Plus, with the Hall Effect & TMR sticks, you're covered by a warranty of up to 12 months!
