You will receive an email with a link to the form a few minutes after payment. If you haven't received an email, you can also download and fill it out here:
This form must be completed and included with the shipment. The shipping address is provided in the email and on the form itself. If you don't have a printer, you can also copy the questions verbatim onto a blank sheet of paper.
Once the repair is complete, the controller will be sent back to you and you will be notified by email (with tracking number).
PROCESSING TIMES
The repair will be carried out within 3 working days of the controller's arrival and the device will then be shipped (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

SHIPPING COSTS
The customer is solely responsible for the shipping costs of the controller (outbound shipping). You are free to choose your preferred shipping provider. Please retain the tracking number to receive confirmation of delivery. Return shipping within Germany is free of charge.
ARE THE CONTROLLERS ALSO CLEANED?
No, cleaning is not included in this service. Therefore, please send the controller in a normally clean condition. Repair may be refused if it is heavily soiled.
CAN I PICK UP OR BRING THE CONTROLLERS BY?
Yes, you are welcome to drop off and/or pick up the controllers. Please arrange an appointment with us beforehand. Simply book the service as usual and send us a short message, preferably via WhatsApp to +49 157 35434894.
