ABLAUF

Du erhältst nach der Bezahlung wenige Minuten später eine E-Mail mit dem Link zum Formular. Falls du keine Mail erhalten hast, so kannst du es auch hier herunterladen und ausfüllen:

Dieses Formular muss ausgefüllt mit in die Sendung eingelegt werden. Die Versandadresse ist dann in der Mail sowie auf dem Formular angegeben. Falls du keinen Drucker hast, kannst du auch gerne die Fragen auf ein leeres Blatt Papier 1zu1 überschreiben.

Nach Abschluss der Reparatur wird dir der Controller erneut zurückgeschickt und du wirst von uns per Mail benachrichtigt (mit Sendungsnummer).

BEARBEITUNGSZEITEN

Die Reparatur wird innerhalb von 3 Arbeitstagen nach Ankunft des Controllers durchgeführt und das Gerät wird anschließend versendet (Samstage, Sonn- und Feiertage ausgeschlossen).

VERSANDKOSTEN

Die Kosten der Controller Einsendung trägt alleine der Kunde (Hinversand). Mit welchem Paketdienstleister du den Controller verschickst, ist dir überlassen. Bitte bewahre die Sendungsnummer auf, um die Zustellungsbestätigung zu erhalten. Der Rückversand ist innerhalb Deutschland kostenlos. 

WERDEN DIE CONTROLLER AUCH GEREINIGT?

Nein,in diesem Service ist keine Reinigung beinhaltet. Daher bitten wir euch den Controller in einem normalem Reinigungszustand zuzusenden. Bei starken Verschmutzungen kann die Reparatur verweigert werden.

KANN ICH DIE CONTROLLER AUCH ABHOLEN BZW. VORBEIBRINGEN?

Ja, du kannst die Controller gerne vorbeibringen oder/und abholen. Mache hierzu einen Termin mit uns aus. Buche hierzu ganz normal die Dienstleistung und schreibe uns eine kurze Nachricht, gerne per WhatsApp an +49 157 35434894.

PROCESSING TIMES

The repair will be carried out within 48 hours of the controller's arrival, and the device will then be shipped (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

SHIPPING COSTS

The customer is solely responsible for the cost of sending the controller in (outbound shipping). Return shipping costs will be calculated and calculated at checkout.

No, cleaning is not included in this service! Therefore, please send the controller in a normally clean condition. Repair may be refused if it is heavily soiled!
CAN I PICK UP OR BRING THE CONTROLLERS BY?

Yes, you are welcome to drop off and/or pick up the controllers. Please arrange an appointment with us. Simply book the service as usual and send us a short message, preferably via WhatsApp to +49 157 35434894. The shipping costs will be refunded to you after the service is completed.
